As requested it's now possible to control the game with the W, A, S, D keys instead of just the mouse.

When starting a new game you will be prompted to choose between Mouse or Keyboard controls.
Mouse controls plays like the old version of the game,
Keyboard controls will require you to press and hold the key displayed on the screen until the legs have fully moved into position.

Along with keyboard controls, a difficulty selection has also been added with 3 options,
Easy, Medium and Hard.
Hard is the original difficulty, with medium and easy giving you more time to react.

There are currently no plans to allow remapping of the keyboard controls as i want to preserve the awkward control scheme

Other changes include:
Limited FPS to 60 as higher frame rates could mess up the mouse controls.
When you loose you'll be brought to the score screen instead of being kicked back to the main menu.
The 2D player now a very small amout of air hang time, hopefully reducing pixel perfect jumps.
Other small optimizations to 3D assets and code.
